Program Diagram
In the diagram below, the first number represents the minimum amount of services provided to clients within a 3-month period. The second number represents the target amount of services provided to clients within a 3-month period. The amount of psychological counseling sessions will be determined by individual assessments and service plans. After their initial assessments, clients will be re-assessed every three months and annually.
