Program Evaluation
The DMTL program will be evaluated annually and at the end of the first 3 years.
Performance Measures: How well does DMTL deliver services?
- Percentage of parents involved in case planning?
- Percentage of youth completing 75% or more of the Peer Group Curriculum?
- Percentage of youth who received the minimum amount of services every 3 months?
- Percentage of youth who received the target amount or more of services every 3 months.
- Percentage of parents who received the minimum amount of services every 3 months?
- Percentage of parents who received the target amount or more of services every 3 months.
Outcome Measures: Have youth and their parents/guardians improved?
- Percentage of youth who have a decreased number of risk factors?
- Percentage of youth who have eliminated all of their risk factors?
- Percentage of youth with improved academic grades?
- Percentage of youth with improved “cooperation” reports?
- Percentage of youth with improved “work habit” reports?
- Percentage of youth with improved school attendance?
- Percentage of youth with increased pro-social skill acquisition?
- Percentage of parents with increased parenting skill acquisition?
